Frequently Asked Questions: Delivery

TLSFx deliver all our products via a specialist pyrotechnic delivery service. All are packaged in UN class packaging and delivered to your door. Please be aware that the all deliveries are at the descretion of the delivery driver. They must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. If a delivery can not be made or a suitable and eligable person can not be delivered too then our courier reservers the right to reschedule a delivery. This may induce an extra cost.

Delivery prices are to mainland UK only. We can deliver internationally rates vary considerably. Please contact us with your requirements.

We can not deliver directly to the United States or Canada, however we do have a distributor, Ricochet Direct, that will be able to provide TLSFx product please find them at http://www.ricochetdirect.com
