The Mark 4 Thunder flash, or flash bang are slightly lower load thunder flash than it's bigger brother the Mark 5. They have the same 7 second fuse, with friction strike top ignition that is protected by the familar twist off cap. When the fuse has burnt down the Mark 4 detonates. The result is a loud bang and a bright flash. Each comes with a simple twist and strike cap ignition system that protects the fuse from damage or accidental ignition. These are a slightly lower volume report to the Mark 5 making them usable in areas where it's more powerful sibbling would be inappropriate.
